Affiliate Portal

General Terms

• Affiliates are not permitted to use any terminology in ads or landing pages that are considered non-compliant by the FTC or FDA. Affiliates must be in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including without limitation the Federal Trade Commission Act (“FTC Act”).
• Affiliates must adhere to the Controlling the “CAN-SPAM Act”, Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) regulations and guidelines implementing the FTC Act and the CAN-SPAM Act. Using spam to promote Harmonium Health products and programs is strictly forbidden.
• Affiliates are not authorized to collect payments or sell any Harmonium Health products from other websites as a "reseller". Affiliates are not authorized to sell products claiming to be Harmonium Health, or promoting Harmonium Health or Harmonium products on retail sites such as eBay, Amazon, or any sites that fall into the category of retail sites.
• Harmonium Health will be solely responsible for all customer service.

PPC, Display & Other Ads

• Affiliates can NOT run any PPC brand bidding campaigns. This includes but is not limited to Google (or any Google property), Facebook, Bing, Instagram, Pinterest.
• Affiliates can NOT bid on any “Harmonium TressAnew” or “Harmonium Health” branded keywords. We have monitoring in place on these specific keywords and will ban affiliates who bid on them.
• Affiliates are NOT allowed to run paid advertising as if they are acting on behalf of “Harmonium Health”.
• Advertising is allowed on non-branded keywords only.
• Approval of the exact creatives (i.e. landing pages, ad copy, etc.) is a prerequisite before being allowed to run ads. For approval, all creatives will be sent to [email protected] with the subject line “Ad Creative Approval”. If you’d like feedback before building out your creatives, you can send over your idea ahead of time to see if it’s worth pursuing. Using language and copy similar to what is on our landing page ( tressanew.com) is a great reference point.

Claims To Never Make

• Affiliates must NOT claim that the Harmonium TressAnew will GUARANTEE to prevent, cure, treat, reverse, or improve any disease or condition including alopecia, female pattern baldness, and any other condition or ailment of the human body. It is impossible, irresponsible, and unethical to make these guarantees.
• “Cure baldness” (As a claim is not allowed)
• “Stop female pattern baldness” in X period of time (As a claim is not allowed)
• “Guaranteed” (As a claim is not allowed)
• Baldness cure, treatment, or reversal (As a claim is not allowed)

Words To Never Use In Your Copy

Focusing on the problem the program addresses is a great approach (e.g. bone loss, stronger bones, preventing fracture, osteoporosis exercise, bone healthy nutrition, etc.)

• Affiliates must not use terms such as “scam” and “fraud” in their review articles, social media posts or pages about “Harmonium Health” “Harmonium TressAnew”. Other words to never use...
• “Reverse baldness” (As a claim is not allowed)
• “Guaranteed” (As a claim is not allowed)
• Baldness cure, treatment, or reversal (As a claim is not allowed)
• Copy should be focused more on education and empowerment NOT fear-based marketing

Domains & Social Media Pages

• Affiliates must NOT create any domain names or social media pages containing “Harmonium Health” or “Harmonium TressAnew” in the URL or title…
• Affiliates are forbidden from creating webpages, social media pages or accounts that falsely represent themselves as the creators or owners of Harmonium TressAnew or Harmonium Health products.
• Affiliates must NOT link directly to the Harmonium TressAnew landing pages or order form. Direct linking to landing pages, cart, or order forms from any ads is not allowed and will result in permanent banning.
